The organization this year is in the hands of Tuan Anh Hoang, assisted by Simon Bruins and many other McGill Kendo Club members.

Volunteers Help out during the Taikai?

During the tournament itself, the organization relies heavily on volunteers who assist with many hands-on tasks.
Examples are: Keeping score, keeping time, Making sure participants are at their court and ready.
Volunteers get a free t-shirt and lunch during the tournament and of course get the opportunity to see all the kendo from up close :)
